Ravens’ John Harbaugh is optimistic about the Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift relationship
Kelce and Swift have been dating for nearly a year
Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh likely shares a sentiment common among many in the AFC regarding Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Harbaugh hopes Kelce enjoys a wonderful life after football and marries the girl of his dreams—Taylor Swift—instead of continuing to torment NFL defenses.
“I hope they get married,” Harbaugh shared with Us Magazine in a recent interview. “I hope they have a bunch of kids. Heck, maybe he’ll soon decide to retire and focus on family life.”
He continued, “I would encourage that.”
Harbaugh mentioned that his daughter introduced him to Swift’s music. While he admitted he didn’t know the names of her songs, he praised her as an “excellent” performer.
Harbaugh is among the NFL’s longest-serving head coaches, now in his 17th season with the Ravens since his hiring in 2008. He boasts a 160-99 record and a Super Bowl championship. Last year, despite having the best record in the NFL and the league’s MVP, Lamar Jackson, the Ravens fell short of reaching the big game.
The team bolstered their offense by adding running back Derrick Henry and offensive lineman Josh Jones. They ranked fourth in points scored and sixth in total yards gained.
