**USC Trojans Lose Another Five-Star Recruit, DL Justus Terry Decommits**
Less than a day after five-star EDGE Isaiah Gibson announced his decommitment from USC, five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry has also decided to back out of his commitment to the USC Trojans.
Terry had been committed to USC since an unofficial visit in March. His decision was somewhat unexpected as he has longstanding ties to Georgia, having visited the state seven times, with his most recent official visit there on May 31. He was supposed to visit USC officially this weekend on the 21st.
Standing at 6-4.5 and weighing 275 pounds, Terry is ranked as the second overall defensive lineman in the 2025 class. The top-ranked defensive lineman, Elijah Griffin, is also from Georgia and is scheduled to visit USC this weekend.
While not entirely surprising, Terry’s decommitment is a setback for the USC Trojans, causing their 2025 recruiting class to drop from third to just outside the Top 10, now ranking 11th.
