According to KPRC, KSAT’s sister station in Houston, the incident began when a deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop after getting a report of a family dispute in the neighborhood.
Authorities said that the deputy attempted to stop the suspect car, which was being driven by a 16-year-old boy. There were two more 16-year-old occupants in the car.
According to HCSO, the motorist did not stop, and a pursuit started. The teenager struck three cars as he passed the deputies in his car.
According to Gonzalez, a fourth car was unable to escape the collision and collided with one of the other cars.

AnAn ambulance transported a woman who was inside another car involved in the collision to the hospital. It is uncertain what condition she is in.
According to KPRC, the three teenagers in the suspicious car were transported to a nearby hospital. Their wounds were not anticipated to be fatal.
According to Gonzalez, the suspect driver is accused on three counts of aggravated assault-serious bodily injury, reckless aggravated assault-serious bodily injury, and felony murder.
