When Birmingham City plays Ipswich Town, three players will be sidelined.
This season, Birmingham City’s treatment room is nearly vacant for the first time. The only player who will remain out of action is long-term absentee Alfie Chang, as Alex Pritchard is scheduled to return to training next week.
Due to a calf injury, Pritchard has only played 45 minutes since joining Blues from Sunderland in January. Mark Venus, the interim manager, said that Pritchard is expected back in the gym on Monday.
“On Monday, Alex will go to training. That player will also be eligible for selection, according to Venus. George Hall is improving as well, but the Blues are being cautious with the 19-year-old.
