FSU football might be the hottest team in the nation on the recruiting trail this week. The Noles started the week with four blue-chip commitments but have added three more since Monday, with more on the way. The Noles have hit its feeder states Florida, and Georgia for all of those, but have gotten interest from guys who live outside of those two states. One of those players, four-star tight end Chase Loftin, officially visited the Noles earlier this month. He hails from Omaha, Nebraska, and most folks figured he’d be a long shot to come to FSU. However, he put out a visit recap and said he loved everything about FSU and that the distance wouldn’t be a factor in his recruitment. Noles Friday night. One analyst covers Nebraska, and the other is well-respected Steve Wiltfong. One analysts gave a five out of 10 confidence and the other had 6 out of 10 in their prediction. Loftin ranks as the No. 374 player nationally, the No. 19 tight end, and the No. 2 player in Nebraska. He lists 6’6″ and 215 pounds, with offers from Nebraska, Texas A&M, Missouri, Arkansas, Florida, and others. His older brother plays at Kansas State.
