The New Orleans Saints just got some more good news on their bye week. A former fan favorite on offense is trending toward an even greater status in football’s national spotlight.

Evans is officially a semifinalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. It’s been quite the past week for the former Saints star. He was inducted into the Saints franchise’s ring of honor at halftime of the team’s Week 11 win over the Cleveland Browns.
