METAIRIE, La. (BRPROUD) — Saints utility man Taysom Hill did a little bit of everything in New Orleans’ win over the Browns in Week 11, so it shouldn’t come as no surprise that he’s the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.
The NFL announced Wednesday that Hill is the NFC Offensive Player of the Week. Hill led the Saints offense with 138 rushing yards, three rushing touchdowns and 50 receiving yards on eight receptions. Hill also returned a kickoff for 42 yards and was 1-of-2 passing with an interception
It’s his third overall weekly conference honor. He was NFC Offensive Player of the Week in Week 5 of 2022 and NFC Special Teams Player of the Week in Week 14 of 2018.
Hill became the first player Sunday to have three rushing touchdowns, 50 receiving yards and one pass completion in a game since 1971. He is also the first non-running back with at least 125 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns in a game.
