What’s up, Wildcat Nation! Bryce James here, and I’m beyond excited to finally share some HUGE news with you all: I’m officially committed to the University of Arizona!
This has been a journey, and I’ve put a lot of thought and prayer into this decision. Ultimately, it came down to a feeling – a connection I felt with Coach Lloyd, the entire coaching staff, and the incredible energy surrounding the Arizona program.
From the moment I stepped onto campus in Tucson, I knew there was something special about this place. The atmosphere at McKale Center is electric, and I can already imagine what it’s going to be like playing in front of such passionate fans. The commitment and love for basketball here are undeniable, and that’s something I truly value.
But it’s not just about the atmosphere. Coach Lloyd and his staff have built something truly special. Their vision for the program, their dedication to player development, and the way they foster a family environment really resonated with me. I feel like they understand my game and believe in my potential to grow and contribute to the team’s success. The conversations I’ve had with them have been genuine and inspiring, and I trust their guidance completely.
Beyond the basketball program, the University of Arizona offers an amazing academic environment and a vibrant campus life. 1 I’m excited to pursue my education here and become a part of the broader Wildcat community. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the support systems in place for student-athletes, and that’s incredibly important to me and my family.
Of course, I have to give a huge shoutout to my family and support system. Their unwavering love and guidance have been instrumental in getting me to this point. They’ve always believed in me and pushed me to be my best, both on and off the court.
This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and I can’t wait to get to work and contribute to the Arizona Wildcats’ legacy. I’m ready to learn, to grow, and to compete at the highest level.
Bear Down, Arizona! I’m officially a Wildcat, and I couldn’t be prouder. See you in Tucson!
